Farewell, Wenzel!

Well well well.
Before heading to the main topic, I'd like to give a prologue first.
This is the first time I write on my blog again after a long-long time since my last post.
Thanks to Catherine Delany and Novie Ratnasari, who have got me to write on blogspot again :p
and this time, I want to try using English :) Soo, forgive me if my English is bad :p

Okay okay okay. Let's go to the topic.

No one's ever excited at a farewell.
And that's what happened to me and my other friends.
Sunday, 21 February 2010... Our beloved friend, Wenzeslaus Avelino Clayton, or usually called Wenzel, has gone away, leaving us here...

... No, no, no.
Don't think that he's passed away y'all :p
Actually, he's heading to Shanghai, China :)
And on last Friday, he made a small farewell party at Pizza Hut Bondongan, inviting some of his best friends, including me :)
I was late that time. But luckily, I haven't missed so much time. I spent quite long time with him and the other friends.
Firstly, we passed that time by having fun. We ate the pizzas( which were sooo delicious :p), asked for various shapes of balloons to the waitress, took fun photos, had chit-chats, etc...

And then, the main event began.

Wenzel said some touching sentences, and he asked us to give impressions and messages for him.

The situation started to be mellow and more mellow.

Everyone (especially the girls) started to cry.
And I myself, I can't bear my tears when I saw Debby, who is Wenzel's best friend, gave her impressions about Wenzel and cried unsteadily.
But among the sad moments, there were some jokes from Irwan, Bahari, Alvin, etc that a little bit ruined the moments :p

The event continued.
We sang some songs that were really successful to make me cry (agaaiinnn :'(( )
They were Untukku, Nothing's Gonna Change My love for You, Pergi Untuk Kembali.
And suddenly, time was felt like running more quickly than usual. :(
Wenzel parents had picked him up, and he had to go home...
And that was the last time we saw him in this year. *sigh*

I've been always believing in an old proverb :
"Every meeting will end up in a farewell"

But I also believe in another proverb :
"As long as there is a life, there is also a chance to meet again"

So...
For our beloved Wenzel, we've decided not to cry for your going anymore.
We've decided to always pray for your success, wherever you are.
Be what you want to be. Fly to where your heart desires.
Good luck, pal!
And like what Fanny said.. Its better to say see you than goodbye :B
We'll be missing you so much... :')
